The PRACE Scientific and Industrial Conference 2015, PRACEdays15, will be held at the AVIVA Stadium in Dublin from the 26th to the 28th of May 2015. On the 25th and 26th of May two satellite events will take place, focussing on Exascale European projects and on Women in HPC (High Performance Computing). The PRACEdays15 conference programme is packed with high-level international keynote speakers, including a talk by the Research Organization for Information Science and Technology, RIST, Japan, and many parallel sessions dealing with different HPC topics in science and industry. The European Exascale Software Initiative, EESI, will hold its final conference, EESI2, on the 28th and 29th of May, back-to-back with PRACEdays15.

One of the main highlights of the conference will be a keynote speech by Masahiro Seki, president of RIST, Japan. Six talks by renowned researchers from science and industry will underline the theme of the conference “enable science foster industry”. This theme will be further explored in 12 parallel talks during the second day of the conference. A panel session entitled “Science and Industry: Partners for Innovation”, and moderated by Tom Wilkie of Scientific Computing World, will conclude the conference.

Participants at PRACEdays15 will have the opportunity to attend two satellite events – one on Exascale computing and one on Women in HPC – as well as the EESI2 Final Conference, free of charge.
