PDC Privacy Statement

The information you provide will be treated in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen, SFS 1998:204) and Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Your personal data is processed by the KTH Royal Institute of Technology to create and to administrate your account.

The data will be stored on servers at KTH and Linköping University.

The following parties have access to your personal data:

  • KTH: Administrators at PDC and ICT Services
  • Other: Administrators with SNIC (Swedish National Infrastructure for Computing)

Under the Personal Data Act (1998:204) anyone registered in KTH's register is entitled to receive information about what data has been registered. An application for a register extract has to be made in writing and signed personally. The application should be sent to:

You are entitled to request that personal data is corrected, blocked or removed if it has not been processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. In this connection you may contact KTH at the above mentioned address or PDC at support@pdc.kth.se .

You have also the right to withdraw your approval and that the approval may not be backdated.
