PRACE Tier-0 and Tier-1 calls open - closing 21 Nov

The latest PRACE Tier-0 and Tier-1 calls are now open.

Note that the Tier-1 call again includes the possibility of being an EUDAT pilot study.

Both calls close on November 21st and allocations are supposed to start at the beginning of April 2017.
