Introduction to PDC Systems Course

Free online course from 09.00-12.00 on 29 & 30 Sept

If you would like to use the Dardel system at PDC, this course is suitable for beginners to high-performance computing (HPC) and for people with HPC experience who want to learn about using Dardel.

Overview

This course focuses on utilising the Dardel high-performance computing (HPC) system provided by PDC. Throughout the course, we will cover fundamental information about Dardel and its usage, including an overview of the infrastructure, account management, logging in procedures, job execution, data storage, and code compilation.

Who is it for?

This course is for new users of the Dardel system. No previous experience with using HPC resources is needed.

Note that you need to already have a PDC account to register for and participate in the course.
