You can check available ELPA modules using
ml spider ELPA
For example, load the module for the ELPA library
ml PDC/22.06
ml elpa/2021.11.001-cpeGNU-22.06
To see what environment variables are set when loading the module
ml show elpa/2021.11.001-cpeGNU-22.06
