Point-to-point pattern
The point-to-point pattern is an alternating sequence of server_op and
client_op called on the server respectively client. By default the node
with the largest latency is chosen as client, but it is also possible to
select the one with the smallest latency with a switch in the SKaMPI
parameter file.
As result the sum of the incoming bandwidth and outgoing bandwidth is given.
