BioExcel Summer School on Biomolecular Simulations 2018

- molecular fynamics simulations,
- biomolecular docking,
- QM/MM,
- free energy calculations, and
- advanced sampling methods (metadynamics)
The summer school will include lectures, and also hands-on computer practical sessions where you will work on a use case integrating the various topics above and making use, amongst other things, of the BioExcel flagship software (Gromacs, HADDOCK, PMX, and CPMD).
