Grid Computing

The course "Grid Computing" will be given August 18--26, 2003, hosted by Parallelldatorcentrum (PDC), on the KTH campus.

The course is designed to give a broad overview of the concept of grid computing and state-of-the-art grid software, understanding and practical experience of how computational grids can be used to further research in science and technology, and to review some current and future directions of grid computing research and development.

This is a course within the National Graduate School in Scientific Computing (NGSSC), funded by SSF.

This course is held jointly by the national computing centers PDC, HPC2N, and NSC.
