Instructions (Read First!)

What to do

1. Print out, read and sign the computer rules .
2. Make a paper copy of your passport (the pages which include photo and your signature).

3. Send the two documents; your signed computer rules and the copy of your passport, via normal paper mail to:
   "User Account"
   PDC, KTH
   Teknikringen 14, 4 tr
   SE-100 44 Stockholm
   SWEDEN

4. Fill in and submit the electronic form application form.

What to expect

• Creation of a your account is not begun until your copy of the passport and your signed computer rules arrive with the post at PDC. Your account will be sent to you by normal paper mail. So, expect about fourteen days of turn-around time to receive an account.
• Users without a valid passport can use a recent printout from Riksskatteverket stating their nationality (personbevis) together with a copy of a valid identification instead of the copy of the passport. This can be ordered online from Skatteverket www.skatteverket.se. The purpose of the certificate can be selected as anything that states the nationality. For example "Studier" or "Anställning".
