Software

For development on nVidia hardware, we have the CUDA compiler and accessory libraries (such as CUFFT, CUBLAS, CUDPP).

For AMD/ATI hardware, we have Brook+, CAL and ACML installed.

At the moment, we have one production code for molecular dynamics simulations available. It is available on request.
