Mailing lists

Information about the mailing lists specific to Hebb.

Overview

There are currently three mailing lists regarding Hebb, described below. To subscribe to one of the lists, you send an email to listar@pdc.kth.se with the subject "subscribe <name of list>", e.g. "subscribe hebb-news". All subscription requests will be reviewed by the staff before added to the lists.

hebb-discussion

This list is a closed, unmoderated list meant for discussions about anything related to Hebb or the usage of Hebb.

hebb-news

This list is primarily used by staff to distribute information about activities on and around Hebb. Things like courses, gatherings and installation of new software. This is a moderated list, so users wanting to announces something here can do so, if it is considered appropriate. Low volume list.

hebb-alerts

This list is used by staff to distribute information about planned or unplanned system activities that affect the availability/usage of Hebb. All users that get an account on Hebb will be added to this list. Users can unsubscribe themselves, though, and other people are also free to join the list. Very low volume list (hopefully).
