A Survey of Practical Virtualisation and Multiplicity

PDC Seminar: What is virtualisation? When and why is it useful? How do I get it? In this fast-paced lecture, we'll explore the field of "multiplicity", which generalises the effected environments of virtualisation and other methods: emulation, isolation, and so on. Our study will revolve around a survey of contemporary systems implementing multiplicity, such as Xen, VirtualBox, QEMU, and so on.
