Registration is open, but you will be put on a first-come, first-serve waiting list. Regular registration officially closed June 1, 2009.

- Additional Form Required If You Must Pay
- If you must pay a fee to attend the course (see the fee schedule), you must also fill in this special form and return it, signed, to the address given on the form. The form's stated deadline is 'May 15, 2009,' but you can and should submit the form even if the deadline has past. We have informed the office that receive this form that some forms may arrive after May 15. Note: Paying KTH students (Ph.D.s) do not need to fill in this form; paying SU students should fill in the form.

- After registering for the course, there is some additional paperwork you need to send to PDC if you do not have a PDC computer account already. Get the details by following the link below. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do all the steps except "Fill in and submit the electronic form application form." You should skip just that one step. Additionally, it helps us if you mark your envelope with "PDC Summer School" instead of "User Account", as mentioned in step two.

- Fill in this form if your fee is SEK 15000.

- Fill in this form if your fee is SEK 1800 (i.e., SEK 1700 + SEK 100 late fee)
