Additional Paperwork Required If No Previous Account
If you are accepted for the course, there is some additional paperwork you need to send to PDC if you do not have a PDC or CSC (NADA) computer account already. Get the details here.
- Print out, read and complete the Rules for Computer, Network, and System Facilities form.
- Send us the completed form and a copy of your passport (the pages which include photo and
your signature) via normal paper mail. Mark the envelope "PRACE PETASCALE SUMMER SCHOOL USER
ACCOUNT". Fax is not accepted.
Swedish citizens without a valid passport can use a recent printout from Riksskatteverket stating their nationality together with a copy of a valid identification instead of the copy of the passport. This can be ordered online from Skatteverket www.skatteverket.se. The purpose of the certificate can be selected as anything that states the nationality. For example "Studier" or "Anställning".
