Fees for PRACE-P2S2
What is the cost of attending the PRACE Petascale Summer School?
The fee depends on what kind of accommodation you want. It includes course materials, coffee, a summing-up dinner, lunches and
accommodation (4 nights, checkin on Monday August 25th). Deadline for application was June23rd. Late registration is possible and applicants will be placed on a waiting list. The fee is unchanged for late registration. As of July 9th, only the "Applicant will fix accommodation on their own" option is still available.

Hotel and hostel means that the organizer books the room for the student. We have booked rooms at Hotel Haga Kristineberg and the hostel STF Zinkendamm on Zinkens väg 20.
Each academic applicant is subsidized with 1750 SEK by the PRACE project. This is already deducted from the fee in the Table above and is the reason for the higher fee for industrial participants. This subsidization is exactly half the cost for participants staying in a Hostel, shared four-bed room.
The actual cost for the hotel is 925 SEK/night in single room and 1350 SEK/night in double room. For the hostel, it is 280 SEK/night in four-bed rooms and 360 SEK night in two-bed rooms.
1 Euro is slightly less than 10 SEK. (9.29 SEK on May 21st)
